These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Tao of Flow mobile application, website, and related services provided by Tao of Flow LLC, doing business as Tao of Flow.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

Not Medical or Mental Health Care

The Services are for general wellness, educational, and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis support, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and for safeguarding their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Apple App Store and Google Play billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by those platforms where purchases are made through them. Please review the applicable platform terms for details on refunds and cancellations.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the Services, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Tao of Flow or any third party
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

AI Features

The Services include AI-generated content, guidance, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always use your own judgement and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Tao of Flow app, brand, meditations, design, written content, and all related materials are owned by Tao of Flow LLC or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Third-Party Services and App Stores

Apple App Store: The app is licensed, not sold. Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, or claims except as required by law. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

Google Play: Google is not responsible for support or claims except as required by law.

Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in California, unless applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
